Chardonnay

This small batch Margaret River Chardonnay displays a lifted bouquet of nectarine, nougat and orange blossom along with flinty complexities abound on the nose. The palate has freshness and complexity with a saline acidity complementing complex notes of brioche dough and roasted cashews.  Barrel fermentation and time on lees has provided depth and texture to this bright, fresh, flavourful wine.

Wild fermentation, fine French oak maturation and extended time on lees provide complexity and mid palate richness, while retaining precision and impressive length. Produced in extremely small quantities, this wine is a reflection of both site and season.

Truly a cracker wine from a tough vintage.  Hardly any yield but fabulous grapes, all hand-picked and carefully crafted in French oak.  Will delight, but there is really limited supply.

Here is a delightful crisp well-balanced Chardonnay for your enjoyment. The lovely citrus, stone fruit, mineral complexity comes from our low yielding vines.

 We are so pleased with this release.  It was a challenging harvest with low yields of intensely flavouredfruit.  We have limited quantities so do not miss out. 

Aging wonderfully and certainly has lived up to potential.  It is certainly elegant and tasty style you will enjoy.  We are down to our last 20 dozen so order some before everyone drinks it all.
