2015 Merlot Petit Verdot

This delicious Merlot is entirely from our small patch of low yielding vines, grown with particular attention to soil health, only using natural chemical input. No industrial processing here, only wine carefully handmade and briefly matured in French oak. Appreciate now, or cellar for 4 or more years. Don’t hesitate, there are only 2,000 bottles.

Enjoy the vibrant rich colour and smooth rounded berry flavours, nicely integrated with a touch of Petit Verdot which provides a robust backbone. Overall there is tasty ripe fruit, a delicate acid balance, and soft tannins.
