Zinners be grinners. Delight in a rich, ripe bouquet with violets and lifted raspberry fruit with hints of sour plum, aniseed and 5-spice, with some toasty oak notes. The palate is rich and lush with dark forest fruits, some Christmas cake and raisins tied together with a bright acidity and framed by toasty, slightly vanillin oak. Fabulous with roasts. Cellar for 5+ years, if you can wait for that pleasure!
